This annual dinner provides Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay members, as well as the Tampa Bay business community, the opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of the organization throughout the year. Past leadership is celebrated as the new Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay Leadership Team is welcomed.

Keynote Speaker

Brian Lamb

Brian Lamb is the Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Responsibility and Reputation Officer at Fifth Third Bank. Brian is responsible for the strategic framework of the Bank’s civic commitments and reputation management. He oversees multiple areas, including Community and Economic Development, the Bank’s Community Development Corporation, Corporate Communications, Diversity & Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethics. Brian also is responsible for the strategic execution of the five-year, $30 billion Community Commitment. Brian previously served as regional president of Fifth Third Bank (North Florida), where he was responsible for the growth and strategic alignment of our Commercial, Wealth & Asset Management and Consumer businesses in the region.

Brian currently serves as the chair for the University of South Florida board of trustees. Previously, he was a member of the Florida Council of 100 Board of Directors and the United Way Suncoast Campaign Cabinet, as well as served as chair of the audit committee for the Enterprise Florida Board of Directors and as chair of the Tampa Bay Partnership.Brian received an honorary doctorate degree from Bethune-Cookman University. He was a 2016 Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame inductee by the Florida Council on Economic Education and is the recipient of the University of South Florida Donald A. Gifford Service Award and the University of South Florida Outstanding Young Alumnus Award.
