Our Consulate General represents Switzerland and its interests in the southeastern United States. The corresponding jurisdiction consists of eleven states representing 25% of the U.S. mainland, a surface 50 times as large as the country of Switzerland. We are happy to see that manufacturing has returned in the south. It is also due to several booming areas that we are increasing our visibility.

For our fellow Swiss citizens, we assist in administrative matters such as registration, vital statistics, passports, old age and disability insurance plan as well as legalizations and naturalizations. Additionally, the Consulate General issues Schengen and national visas for Non-Swiss citizens, handles commercial requests and trade inquiries, informs about tourism to Switzerland and promotes Swiss culture.

We are glad to reinforce and contribute to the expansion of the longstanding and friendly relations between the United States and Switzerland and wish you an enjoyable time while discovering the many facets of Switzerland.
