Peter Schou Nielsen

For more than 25 years Pete Nielsen has led international business and technology initiatives in telecom, internet and software, including founding the first commercial Internet Service Provider in the Republic of Uganda. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology. In 2006, Pete turned his focus to promoting US-Ugandan initiatives, and to writing. His 2007 novel Passport Please is now being adapted into a feature length movie. He has served as Honorary Consul of Uganda to Florida since 2007, and lives in Jupiter, FL.
