The Ambassadors welcome new members, continue to engage current members and recognize members celebrating milestone Chamber anniversaries. They attend ribbon cuttings and grand openings in the community in addition to Chamber functions. They are the motivated and outgoing volunteers who are always available to help with your Chamber membership.

The Ambassador Committee of the Chamber has developed an affordable sponsorship opportunity that will help promote your organization. Each month, the Ambassador Committee delivers tote bags filled with promotional items and discount offers to members celebrating one-year and five-year Chamber anniversaries.

Ambassador of the Quarter
 Congratulations to the winner of this quarter’s Ambassador Spotlight – Mike Develle!
A Tampa native, Mike worked successfully in Tampa area banks for 14 years as a Vice President, Branch Manager and Loan Officer before relocating to Illinois in 1989 to work for Morgan Stanley. He returned to Tampa and joined the Chamber in 2008.
Today, Mike is a financial services professional with Levin Financial Group, a General Agency of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. He joined the Chamber’s Ambassador Committee more than a year ago and has been an active and engaged volunteer. Each month Mike attends several events including Business After Hours, Get Connected and ribbon cuttings as an Ambassador. He goes out of his way to make new members feel welcomed and helps answer questions regarding Chamber programs and membership benefits. In particular, Mike has gone above and beyond to secure sponsorships for the Chamber’s one- and five-year anniversary bags, which he and the other ambassadors deliver throughout the year.
