Emerge Tampa Bay is a leadership program of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce designed for emerging leaders ages 21 to 35. The concept for Emerge Tampa Bay stemmed from an initiative of the Chamber and the community to recruit and retain talent in the greater Tampa area. As the idea attracted more interest from the community, the Chamber began developing the elements of its new leadership program. Following approval by the Chamber Board of Directors in 2003, the Chamber launched Emerge Tampa Bay in May 2004.
