The Greater Tampa Chamber of commerce is currently engaged in a Strategic Planning Process. Our goal is to establish organizational priorities which will better serve the needs of our members and encourage business success in the community. The anticipated outcome will be a stronger, more vital organization that will have a measureable focus of responsibility to its constituency. This is an exciting time for the Chamber as we stretch to grow the organization and improve our community.
To begin the planning process, Chamber leadership has identified seven Working Groups to focus on the objectives of the organization. Each group has an appointed chair and/or co-chair who will serve as the lead volunteer to guide the process. Staff will be available at all meetings to offer support and information.
