7th ANNUAL CHAMBER FISHING CLASSIC - OCTOBER 16, 2008 This tournament is an annual event, which serves as an opportunity for members to network out of the office and on the water. It’s also a great opportunity to entertain clients and customers. The goal is to grow this into one of the major fishing tournaments in the Tampa Bay area, highlighting the economic impact of the sports fishing industry and how our location on the water is an important factor in relocation decisions.

SMALL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR AWARDS - September 19, 2008 Sponsorship is an opportunity to have significant exposure at a sold out event. This is the premier event for Small Business in the Tampa Bay area and the most well attended Chamber event of the year with over 1000 people. At this event an award is given to Small Businesses in 3 categories - grouped by number of employees. Companies are judged based on financial success, community involvement and ethical business practices. There is also an award for Outstanding Small Business Leader of the Year. First, they will examine what local businesses are doing to reduce their impact on the environment. May 8, 2008 – Graduation Dinner Reception and dinner honoring 56 new Leadership Tampa graduates.
