Mike Griffin is a Senior Managing Director for Savills Studley Occupier Services, which provides a full range of integrated real estate. In the last few years alone, Mike has spearheaded efforts that have resulted in cumulative savings to his clients in excess of $45 million. Mike has been a guest lecturer at University of South Florida , Eckerd College, and Hillsborough Community College. Mike also assisted USF with the development of its inaugural Masters Degree program in Real Estate.
Mike is a graduate of Leadership Tampa Class of 2004 and Leadership Florida (Class 26 ). He was co-founder and charter Executive Co-Chair of the Chamber's Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay program. Mike was also the inaugural recipient of the Chamber’s Deanne Dewey Roberts Emerging Leader Award.
Additionally, Mike served as a two-term President of the Student Body at USF and as a charter member of the USF Board of Trustees. Mike now gives back to his alma mater as immediate past Chairman of the USF Alumni Association Board of Directors and was recognized as USF’s Young Alumnus of the Year in 2007.
Mike is also the first Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay member to become Chair of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce.
